Our mission
Most property management software was built for another market and adapted for Canada as an afterthought. Online payments get bolted on. Provincial rules become a support ticket instead of a feature. Tax handling lives in a spreadsheet next to the "real" system.
Nestio.ca exists to change that. We're building one platform — accounting, payments, leasing, maintenance, residents, owners, and AI — designed for Canadian property managers from the first line of code. Canadian payments and provincial compliance aren't add-ons here. They're the foundation.
